STEP 04 - BOLT TIGHTENING
Once the JW X22 is in the correct position, insert the appropriate bolts into the lug holes and be sure to tighten the bolts to 50N / m-36.8ft / lb torque specification. If the vehicle has hubs (bolts) extruding from the
hub / rotor, make sure the tie rods can clamp JW X22 tightly against the hub. (see figure 4)
If there is a noticeable movement of the JW X22 after tightening the tie rods or bolts to specifications, the installation is not correct. JW X22 must be reassembled and fixed firmly to the hub / rotor. Do not overtighten the screws / bolts as this may damage the bolt tightening seat.
Note: During the use of JW X22, during rotation, noises / creaks may be generated due to the coupling between the sectors in high resistance technopolymers which do not affect the efficiency of the stand.
