STEP 01 - REMOVE THE WHEEL BOLTS AND POSITION THE CENTERINGVoce di elenco 1
The JW X22 kickstand can be installed on a wide range of vehicles.
If it should interfere with the vehicle's calipers, use commercial spacers
(see figure 1), referring to the "Compatibility" table.

STEP 02 - ALIGN JX22 TO THE HUBVoce di elenco 2
Align JW X22 with vehicle flap configuration. Nut and bolt assemblies vary by vehicle manufacturer. Place JW X22 flush with the hub / rotor.

STEP 03 - POSITION THE BOLTSVoce di elenco 3
If the original bolts are unable to securely fix JW X22
to the vehicle's hub / rotor, additional hardware must be purchased to match the vehicle's bolt, bush and thread specifications to allow the JW X22 to be safely installed.

STEP 04 - BOLT TIGHTENINGVoce di elenco 4
Once the JW X22 is in the correct position, insert the appropriate bolts into the lug holes and be sure to tighten the bolts to 50N / m-36.8ft / lb torque specification. If the vehicle has hubs (bolts) extruding from the
hub / rotor, make sure the tie rods can clamp JW X22 tightly against the hub. (see figure 4)
If there is a noticeable movement of the JW X22 after tightening the tie rods or bolts to specifications, the installation is not correct. JW X22 must be reassembled and fixed firmly to the hub / rotor. Do not overtighten the screws / bolts as this may damage the bolt tightening seat.
Note: During the use of JW X22, during rotation, noises / creaks may be generated due to the coupling between the sectors in high resistance technopolymers which do not affect the efficiency of the stand.
